DELIVERY & COLLECTION FAQ's

• No problem, we'll make your order and store it in one of our walk in fridges until you want to pick it up from the shop during open hours. 
• Just order whatever you need online then  once you're happy  go through to the checkout section.
• When you are at the checkout it'll ask if you want to collect from us at Tartan Rocket HQ or if you would like your order to be delivered so just click on the collect option.
• Add into the notes section the day and rough time you want to pick it up.  We'll try to pack into big cardboard boxes so it's easier for you to transport in the car.
• Please note the same notice period applies please see the FAQ's on ordering on the home page.

•  If you would rather save any hassle and make sure your food is kept super safe with refrigerated delivery then yes of course we can arrange that for you.  
• We deliver to the following postcodes G1 - G84, ML1 -ML10 so please check your postcode before placing an order.  
• If your postcode is not G1-G84 or ML1 - ML10 please get in touch using the speech bubble at the bottom of the page and we'll try our best. We can deliver all over the central belt so do ge tin touch, if we can we will.
• These restrictions don't apply to our giftboxed postal brownies, We deliver those to anywhere  in the UK.

• Our reliable and friendly team of delivery drivers offer Monday to Saturday delivery slots within a one hour window. Temperature - they've got it under control.
• Don't worry if you need your order at a specific time we'll always try to accommodate your needs whenever we can.

• If you have an event on a Sunday and it's convenient for you we can deliver to you on the Saturday, our boxes can be stacked and stored in a domestic fridge. 
• You can still get in touch to ask if we can accommodate your Sunday requirements depending what events we have on that day, we may be able to do that, just click the wee speech bubble at the bottom of the page giving us the delivery postcode and time with details of your order and quantities required.  If we can help we always will.

• If your order is over £100 it's free delivery.
• I wish we could offer free delivery on every order but it isn't feasible with the costs involved so it will be £15+VAT for refrigerated delivery for orders under £100 although we can guarantee that your food will be fresh, delicious and great value every time - no extra charge for this :)
