ORDERING FAQ's

Orders placed for buffets online need to be given a notice period so that we can prepare it for you. We do have a retail shop opening at the end of February 2024 where you can come down and buy handmade sweet & savoury items to take away there and then.

When it comes to the items on the website we make everything to order at  this is why we need a couple of days to tie all of the jobs in - we do this to bring you the best service, flavour and quality items with every order and we appreciate your understanding . 

If you know there's an event coming up you can give as much notice as you want as long as it's a minimum of the notice period detailed below. 

Book it as far in advance as you want to, this makes sure your delivery slot is secured too as booking fill up quickly. 

We ask for the following notice when your placing your order and all should be in before 4PM please:

For orders...

Delivered on Monday place it by 4PM on Friday

Delivered on Tuesday place it by 4PM on Sunday

Delivered on Wednesday place it by 4PM on Monday

Delivered on Thursday place it by 4PM on Tuesday

Delivered on Friday place it by 4PM on Wednesday

Delivered on Saturday place it by 4PM on  Thursday

Sunday delivery by prior arrangement only if we can we always will- please contact us before placing an order for delivery on a Sunday, use the wee speech bubble below or the contact us button on the homepage.

If you have an event and have left it too late to tie in with the notice period, phone us up anyway on 0141 952 9666 we'll try to accommodate your needs. If we can we will.

That's easy, just go to our online shop and add whatever you fancy to the basket, go through to the checkout then choose to either  collect for free from Tartan Rocket HQ or arrange for refrigerated delivery which is free for orders over £100.

Whilst we take every precaution to separate and isolate allergens during storage and production, our kitchens are open plan so we cannot guarantee there are no traces of allergens present.
